On 6 October 2007, Daniela, one of the Fondamu-supported orphans, graduated from college. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication for Social Development at the Catholic University of Kinshasa. She is planning to go on for a 2-year Master's program in the same college. Fondamu needs support to meet her college goals.
Daniela came into our custody in 1994 after loosing both her parents respectively in 1990 and 1994. She is now showing with pride her college degree, and she is standing between her Christian God Mother, Ms. Jeannette M'Mburugu, and her Foster Mother, Ms. Consolata M'Muhemeri.
In the picture below Daniela is standing before the FONDAMU headquarter offices, and she is looking forward, with a smile, to a successful career in DR Congo.
